WHAT can be returned?
Products that have been used or unpackaged cannot be returned. If a product is sold to a client and deemed faulty by one of our staff, we will act assist in the return of the product to the manufacturer for Repair Authorisation. The final decision lies with the manufacturer as to whether the deem their product to be faulty. As most of the products we sell are sourced from overseas manufacturer, any costs related to the return of a product to the manufacturer is payable by the customer. This is strictly non-negotiable.
There is NO WARRANTY on racing related parts or parts used in Race Conditions.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products sold by MMGF are subject to warranty terms provided by the manufacturer or unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned to MMGF for inspection within 7 days of an item being reported as a warranty claim. Once an MMGF representative has inspected the item they will seek a return authorisation from the manufacturer. MMGF cannot guarantee any product that the manufacturer does not provide an autorisation to return and all shipping costs to return the product are to be owned by the customer.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All products must be returned to the address given to you at the time your claim for warranty is approved.
HOW do customers return items?
Items must be shipped in original packaging if available with all relevent accessories included. Failure to package your item in an acceptable manner so as to avoid any damage in transit can see a warranty claim void without further reason. MMGF is not responsible for any damage caused by couriers or logistics carriers.
WHO pays the shipping cost?
All shipping costs for the supply of a product or return of a product for warranty are to be paid for by the client. This includes any shipping costs required to return the product to the manufacturer either locally or internationally. Where shipping costs exceed $100, all shipping costs must be quoted and paid for upfront regardless of the warranty outcome by the manufacturer.
Can I get a CREDIT for returns?
Where an MMGF has formally agreed to return an item that has been deemed defective, a credit will be provided to the client for the full purchase amount minus any shipping, transaction or restocking fees. If an item is not returned in a condition whereby it can be sold to another client, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
